Cathy has worked for Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing – Australia and New Zealand’s largest health food company for the past 24 years, and is currently Executive General Manager of Health & Wellbeing Services. In this role, Cathy is the Executive General Manager of Vitality Works; a significant player in the workplace health market across Australia and New Zealand.
Head of Commercial – Health & Wellbeing Services
Sam is an inspiring commercial and finance business leader with over 15 years’ experience. Sam has had broad exposure to various industries; providing strategic view and guidance to businesses through crucial periods of change and expansion, driving appropriate and efficient commercial decisions and outcomes. Sam is passionate about Health & Wellness, Digital Health & Start-ups.
Dr Clara Budd, PhD
Australia New Zealand Business Manager
Clara is a founding partner and leads the experienced workplace health team in Australia and New Zealand. Her passion drives her to make Vitality Works the forefront experts of employee health and productivity. Understanding all aspects of our business, Clara is able to lead a team that strives to partner with employers that want their employees to be safe, healthy and thriving in life.
Dr Louise Schofield
Group Innovation Manager
Louise is qualified and experienced in public health and workplace health and wellness. Louise specialises in developing wellness interventions that achieve sustainable behavioural change. She is the author of several international research papers and a regular speaker at national and international conferences.
Dr Sarah Curtis, PhD
Business Manager, Southern Region
Sarah has worked in the health and wellbeing arena for 24 years and has vast expertise in developing, implementing and managing health solutions for clients from small and medium enterprises, government, blue collar and blue-chip organisations. Sarah is passionate about the business of health and general wellbeing and is dedicated to making a difference to people’s lives.

Cat has worked in the health and wellbeing field for 15 years, including the Corporate, Mining, Education and Leisure sectors. Cat understands the importance of partnering with companies to implement programs that deliver a return on investment and healthy, happy employees.

Matt possesses over 10 years’ experience working across HR and wellbeing and within both the corporate and blue collar sector. He blends this experience with commercial understanding to ensure clients can provide the best health outcomes for their people in a commercially viable and measured way.

Michael has had many years experience working with national clients managing their vaccination programs including the ATO, Centrelink, Westpac and Victoria Police. Michael’s key strengths include his communication skills, maintaining KPI performance against contract deliverables and commitment to customer service.

Kate has been with Vitality Works for five years. She absolutely understands the relevance of fun and building relationships in educating people to be able to make behavioural changes in their health & wellbeing.

Sean has over four years’ experience delivering health and wellness programs to both remote and metropolitan WA. Sean has also worked in return to work and injury management, providing graded rehabilitation and return to work programs for injured employees.

Jenna is an accredited exercise physiologist with over 7 years’ experience delivering face to face health and wellbeing programs in private and corporate settings. As a Service Delivery Manager, she is passionate about assisting people to achieve the best version of themselves through education and behaviour change.

Melanie is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who has worked in corporate health for 10+ years. Beginning her journey in the field in regional Queensland before returning to Victoria, she loves to share her wealth of experience with the clients she works with.

Tahnee is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and has worked within the health industries of NSW and QLD for over 7 years. She is passionate about all things health and wellbeing and has extensive experience in injury management, rehabilitation and the management and delivery of programs to the mining and construction industry.
Sam has a Bachelor of Physical Education, majoring in Exercise Science and Exercise Prescription and Management. She has had seven years’ experience in the workplace health sector and during this time has been responsible for the delivery of programs and services, client management and most recently as a Business Development Manager.
Digital Services Coordinator
Lesh has over 20 years’ experience in the health and wellbeing industry, which includes her experience as a pharmacist, medical writer, food coach, and digital content creator and editor. Lesh is passionate about holistic health, which she believes is gained through self-awareness.

Tanya has experience working in Information Technology support across several industries for more than 10 years. Tanya also has a Science degree and is fascinated by the interaction between diet, micro-organisms, and human health.
People & Culture Business Partner – Health & Wellbeing Services
Karen has worked for Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing for six years. Karen has over 25 years experience in Human Resources across a wide range of industries from professional services to the not-for-profit sector. Karen brings this knowledge and experience to her role as People and Culture Business Partner for Vitality Works where she can make a positive difference in people’s lives
IT Solutions and Support Manager
Brett has an extensive background in finance and medical systems and enjoys the challenge of improving the customer experience. He is excited about the opportunities within Vitality Works to help clients lead healthier, happier lives.
Dee is a senior finance professional with 8 years’ experience across various industries; with a primary focus in the health & wellbeing industry in the last 4 years. Dee is enthusiastic about health & wellbeing and making a positive difference to people’s lives.
Serene has over 30 years working experience in finance and has been with Vitality Works for the last 6 years. She normally relaxes at home or tends to her small garden bed.
